| dc.description.abstract | Zařazení fermentovaných mléčných výrobků v dietě žáků 2. stupně ZŠ a úroveň znalostí o nich se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na informace o různých druzích mléka, procesech a typů fermentace, fermentovaných mléčných výrobcích, především ve výživě dětí ve školním věku, výživových doporučení, výživových zvyklostí žáků.
Dále jsou v teoretické části zahrnuty všeobecné informace o významu mléčných výrobků pro lidský organismus a o komplikacích spojených s jeho konzumací. | cze |
