| dc.description.abstract | Nezaměstnanost je velmi složitým jevem, kterým se zabývá mnoho vědních disciplín, lze ji zkoumat z geografického, ekonomického, sociálního i psychologického hlediska. Je to problém, který se nedotýká pouze samotného nezaměstnaného, ale také celé společnosti a státu. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení nezaměstnanosti především z geografického hlediska, hledání regionálních rozdílů v nezaměstnanosti i snaha odhalit jejich příčiny a souvislosti s dalšími jevy. Psychologických a sociálních dopadů nezaměstnanosti se práce dotýká jen okrajově. Nezaměstnanost je analyzovaná z hlediska časového vývoje od roku 1990 do současnosti (2014). Analýza zahrnuje také prostorovou diferenciaci nezaměstnanosti na krajské a okresní úrovni i na úrovni správních obvodů obcí s rozšířenou působností, komparaci nezaměstnanosti České republiky a dalších evropských států a zhodnocení struktury nezaměstnaných, respektive registrovaných uchazečů o zaměstnání. Nedílnou součástí práce je také vymezení základních pojmů a prezentace základních měr hodnocení nezaměstnanosti, jichž práce využívá v praktické části. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Unemployment is very complicated phenomenon nowadays. Many scientific disciplines are concerned with it. Unemployment could be researched from geographical, economical, social and psychological point of view. This problem is not only about the unemployed, but it also extends the whole society and the state. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is appraisal of unemployment, mainly from geographical point of view, searching regional differences of unemployment and effort to find out the causes of unemployment and connections with other phenomena. Psychological and social consequences of unemployment are briefly mentioned in the thesis. This thesis analyzes the period of unemployment since 1990 up to the present day (2014). The analysis also contains spatial differentiation of unemployment in regional and district level as well as in the level of municipalities with extended powers, comparison of unemployment of the Czech Republic and other European countries and appraisal of structure of the unemployed, more precisely the structure of registered job applicants. The important part of the thesis is definition of basic concepts and presentation of basic measures of unemployment ratings, which are used in the practical part of the thesis. | eng |
