| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice trestů a odměn v mateřských školách. Čtenář se zde seznámí s historií trestů, s dělením trestů a s důvody, proč se k trestům uchylujeme. Dále se v teoretické části bakalářské práce dočteme, jak je možné odměny a tresty nahradit, jaké alternativní odměny a tresty jsou nám k dispozici, abychom zamezili negativním dopadům na dítě.
Praktická část zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření v mateřských školách a zkušenosti pedagogů s odměnami a tresty v praxi. Dále se praktická část zaměřuje na pocity dětí při odměňování a trestání. Po přečtení práce by měl čtenář získat poznatky o problematice trestů a odměn v mateřských školách. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor work deals with the issue of punishments and rewards in nursery schools. A reader familiarizes with the history of punishments, with the separation of punishments and the reasons why we are resorting to using them. Further, in the theoretical part's of this bachelor work, we can read, how is possible the rewards and punishments substitute, which alternative of rewards and punishments are available to us, to prevent negative impacts on a child.
