| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohybové aktivity u žen v seniorském věku. Konkrétně zjišťuje, jaký vliv na ženy má cvičení na regeneračních stolech. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a výzkumné. V teoretické části vysvětluje termíny stířá a senior a zybývá se dále vlivem fyziologických i patologických jevů na zdraví a pohyb seniorů. Výzkum byl použit kvalitativní a to metodou polostruktorovaného rozhovoru. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost a efektivnost cvičení na regeneračních stolech. | cze |
