| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpřehlednění a analyzování výchovného působení a práce s mládeží ve sborech dobrovolných hasičů, a to v kontextu hledání možností preventivní a výchovné práce na lokální úrovni. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní teoretické poznatky týkající se obecné formy, pravidel a způsobů vedení mládeže ve volném čase, budou komparovány názory na výchovnou a preventivní práci. Dále práce představuje sbory dobrovolných hasičů obecně i ve smyslu práce s mládeží. Další kapitola je věnována organizaci sborů a mládeže v těchto sborech. Praktická část zkoumá zejména počty mladých členů sboru, jejich vývoj v čase, autor mapuje a popisuje provozované aktivity, jejich četnost, jejich zaměření na prevenci a výchovu a formy spolupráce s jinými výchovnými a vzdělávacími organizacemi a institucemi ve vybraných sborech v Praze a středních Čechách. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the thesis is to clarify and analyze the effect of educational and youth work in the volunteer fire brigade, in the context of the search for possibilities of preventive and educational work at the local level. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents the basic theoretical knowledge of general forms, rules and methods of youth in their free time, it compares the views on the educational and preventive work. The thesis presents the volunteer fire brigade in general and in terms of youth work. Another chapter is dedicated to the organization of churches and youth in these churches.
