| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku konkrétního hospodářského
a armádního brownfields. V první části je vysvětlen pojem brownfield a s ním
související ostatní pojmy. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivá rozdělení brownfields,
důvody vedoucí k jejich vzniku, zapojení lokalit brownfields do procesu
územního plánování, jaké jsou možnosti získání dotací na brownfields a výskyt
brownfields na území Jihočeského kraje. Praktická část je zaměřena
na konkrétní hospodářský a armádní brownfields na území Jihočeského kraje.
Je popsaná charakteristika vybraných brownfields, možnosti budoucího využití
a zhodnocení finanční náročnosti revitalizace s možností využití dotačních
