| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se bude zabývat fenoménem proměny dětství v České republice v posledním téměř čtvrtstoletí, a to z historicko-antropologické a sociálně-historické perspektivy. První kapitoly budou zaměřeny na proměny rodinného práva a práv dětí po roce 1989, zpracována bude rovněž tematika náhradní rodinné péče. V následujících kapitolách se posléze autorka zaměří na charakteristiku vzdělání a výchovy v rodině coby procesů formujících lidskou osobnost, na proměny rodiny a jejich dopady na vývoj dítěte. Pozornost bude rovněž věnována i specifikám dětského světa, charakteristického oblékáním, hračkami, hrami či odlišným vnímáním světa. Vedle interpretace zákonů, právních předpisů a opatření se stane hlavním východiskem analýza soudobých časopisů o životním stylu (především s tématem mateřství, dětí a výchovy), jejímž cílem bude odhalení hlavních proudů a proměn ve vztahu společnosti k dítěti. Součástí práce bude rovněž dotazníkové šetření.

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis will deal with the phenomenon of transformation of childhood in the Czech Republic in the last nearly a quarter century, from the historical-anthropological and socio-historical perspective. The first chapters will be focused on the transformation of family law and children's rights since 1989, the issues of foster care will be also handled. In the following chapters, the author on the characteristics of education and upbringing in the family as the processes of forming the human personality and focus on the transformation of the family and their effects on child development. Attention will also be paid to the specifics of the child's world, distinctive dress, toys, games and a different perception of the world. Besides the interpretation of laws, legislations and legal measures will become the main basis analysis of contemporary lifestyle magazines (especially with the theme of motherhood, children and education) aimed at unveiling the main currents and changes in the relationship of the child and society.
