| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem cvičení rodičů s dětmi a jeho možnostmi.
Teoretická část je rozdělena na 3 hlavní kapitoly. První se věnuje psychomotorickému
vývoji dítěte od jeho narození, s důrazem na charakteristiku a vývoj dítěte, především
předškolního věku, zejména v oblastech tělesného, psychického, sociálního a
citového vývoje. Druhá kapitola popisuje stručně historii tělesné kultury a výchovy.
Ve třetí kapitole je detailněji rozpracována tématika cvičení rodičů s dětmi. Je zde
popsán vliv a přínos společného cvičení pro rozvoj dítěte, uvedeny pedagogické
zásady a principy výchovy, aby proces cvičení byl efektivní, a zmíněny jsou některé
základní pojmy týkající se cvičení. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, jehož cílem
bylo zjišťování důvodů a zájmu rodičů v Mariánských Lázních k navštěvování, či
nenavštěvování kurzů cvičení rodičů s dětmi a jejich spokojenost s nabídkou aktivit ve
městě. Výzkumné šetření bylo zrealizováno kvantitativním šetřením, dotazníkovou
metodou. V této části jsou také zařazeny praktické ukázky cvičebních jednotek pro
různé věkové kategorie dětí, navštěvujících kurzy cvičení rodičů s dětmi. Výsledky
této práce umožňují rodičům, lektorům i pedagogům zamyslet se nad přínosy a
možnostmi skupinového cvičení pod odborným dohledem a jeho důležitosti pro další
vývoj a socializaci dítěte. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor paper deals with the topic of physical training of parents with children
and its possibilities. The theoretical part is divided into three major chapters.
The first concerns the psychomotor development of the child since his/her birth
focusing on the characteristic and development of the child especially that of preschool
age, in particular in the areas of physical, psychic, social and emotional
developmen. The second chapter describes briefly the history of physical culture and
education.
In the third chapter the topic of training of parents with children is analyzed in more
details. Here the influence and contribution of training together for the development
of the child is described, pedagogical and educational principals are stated so that
the training process can be effective and some basic terms regarding the training are
mentioned. The practical part deals with a research aimed to finding out the reasons
and interest of the parents in Mariánské Lázně in attending or not-attending the
courses of the training of parents with children and their satisfaction with the offer
of activities in the town. The research investigation was realized by quantitative
investigation using the questionnaire method. In this part there are also included
practical presentations of training units for different age categories of children
attending the course of the training of parents with children.
The results of this paper enable the parents, trainers as well as tutors to think of the
contributions and possibilities of group training supervised by an expert and its
importance for further developing and socializing the child. | eng |
