| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním blízkých vztahů v pěstounské rodině. Především se snaží přiblížit prožívání uvnitř pěstounské rodiny z pohledu matky pěstounky.
Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak matky pěstounky vnímají a prožívají vztahy v rodině. Tedy přiblíží motivaci pěstounů, příchod dítěte do nové rodiny a jeho adaptaci v ní, mapuje sourozenecké vztahy a vztah partnerský a s tím související výchovu dětí.
Pro výzkum bylo zvoleno kvalitativní šetření, kdy za pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jsou získávány informace od pěstounek, které vykonávají buď krátkodobou pěstounskou péči nebo dlouhodobou, která zahrnuje i příbuzenskou pěstounskou péči. Následně jsou vytvořeny kazuistiky jednotlivých pěstounských rodin a získaná data jsou zpracována pomocí metody vyložení karet.
Výsledky šetření ukazují dva typy prožívání vůči přijatému dítěti uvnitř rodiny, se kterým pak souvisí motivace, partnerský vztah, sourozenecký vztah i výchova dítěte. První typ rodin přijímá rodičovskou identitu vůči dítěti a druhý ji nepřijímá. Výsledky potvrzují stabilnější partnerský vztah po příchodu přijatého dítěte, také motivaci pomoct dítěti doplněnou o další potřeby jednotlivých rodin a starostlivost a péči ze strany získaných sourozenců. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of close relationships in a foster family. It tries primarily to approach the experience within the foster family from the point of view of the foster mother.
The aim of the practical part is to find out how foster mothers perceive and experience relationships in the family. It brings us the motivation of the foster parents, the arrival of the child in the new family and its adaptation in it, and maps the sibling relations, the partnership relationship and the related raising of the children.
For my research I have chosen the qualitative method, where data was collected by the semi-structured interviews from foster carers who either perform short-term care or long-term care, including family care, is selected. After that the case study of individual foster families are created and the data obtained is processed using the card unloading method.
The results of the research show us two types of experience of the foster child in the family, which are related with the motivation, the partnership, the sibling relationship and child raising. The first type of family accepts parental identity against the child, and the other does not accept it. The results confirm more stable partnership after the arrival of the foster child, as well as the motivation to help the child with the other needs of the individual families and the care from the siblings. | eng |
