| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací pedagogů základních škol k jejich dalšímu vzdělávání. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a analyzovat, jaké motivační činitele působí na učitele vzhledem k dalšímu vzdělávání.
Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která je zaměřena na motivaci a její vnitřní a vnější činitele, na osobnost pedagoga a dále na možnosti dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Praktická část popisuje metodiku a metody výzkumu, cíle výzkumné práce, zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření a jeho následné zpracování. | cze |
