| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovou problematikou a genderovou komunikací v armádním prostředí. Teoretická část popisuje pojmy gender, komunikace a s nimi spojené stereotypy z oblasti mužských a ženských rolí. Seznamuje se specifiky současného postavení žen a mužů v rezortu Ministerstva obrany a s dokumenty, které toto upravují. Analyzuje současný stav v Armádě České republiky a na vzorku z vybraného útvaru Pozemních sil, konkrétně ženijního pluku zkoumá, existují-li v této oblasti případné negativní problémy. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti žen u vybraného útvaru, jaká je vzájemná komunikace mezi mužem a ženou, a zda-li existují rozdíly mezi genderovou komunikací a přístupem muž žena v rámci standardních situací a při situacích krizových. Má-li daná problematika vliv na jejich práci, mění-li se přístupy a podmínky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the gender perspectives and gender communication in the military. The theoretical part describes meaning of gender, communications and male and female stereothypes in that field. Current position of male and female soldiers in the Czech Armed Forces has been introduced here. Analysis of that will be an empirical part of the research, which examines if there exist any problems in that area. The aim of this work is to find experiences of female soldiers in the specific engineer unit with any differences on gender perspectives in common military life and within crisis situations.
