| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou imunitních procesů během imunoterapie, která je založená na synergické kombinaci TLR ligandů a fagocytárních ligandů, které jsou kotvené v membráně buněk. Tato imunoterapie byla testována na myším melanomu B16-F10 a myším pankreatickém adenokarcinomu Panc02. Cíle této práce byly analyzovat nádorový infiltrát, ověřit zapojení získané imunity během této imunoterapie a studovat možnosti zesílení imunoterapeutického efektu použitím ant-CD40 a anti-CTLA-4. | cze |
