| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním návrhu možnosti funkčního využití území. Řešená plocha se nachází v katastrálním území Vlkovice. Jedná se o oddělené území, tzv. exklávu města Lišov, které leží v Jihočeském kraji. Hlavním cílem práce je tedy vypracování území studie, přičemž v praxi to znamená ověření, navržení a posouzení možností a podmínek změn v dané lokalitě. Mezi další cíle patří seznámení se s vybraným územím a jeho detailní popis. Především se jedná o popis technické a dopravní infrastruktury a dalších aspektů. Součástí praktické části práce bude i porovnání nejvhodnějšího scénáře s obdobnými lokalitami v České republice, ale i v zahraničí. Na základě prostudované literatury se práce věnuje i reprezentativnímu výběru prací autorů, kteří se zabývají tématem územního plánování a udržitelného rozvoje, dále vybraným pojmům a územní studii jako územně plánovacímu nástroji. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a proposal for the functional use of the territory. The solid area is located in the cadastral area of Vlkovice. It is a separate area, the so called excluzive town of Lišov, located in the South Bohemian Region. The main objective of the work is to elaborate the urban plan, in practice it means verifying, designing and assessing the possibilities and conditions of the changes in the given locality. Other objectives include acquaintance with the selected territory and its detailed description. It is primarily a description of the technical and transport infrastructure and other aspects. Part of the practical part will be the comparison of the most suitable scenario with similar localities in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. On the basis of the studied literature, the thesis also focuses on a representative selection of works by authors dealing with the topic of spatial planning and sustainable development, selected concepts and the territorial study as a land-use planning tool. | eng |
