| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou jednoho zemědělského a dvou průmyslových brownfields. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem brownfield, kategorizace, příčiny vzniku, důsledky existence brownfields, revitalizace brownfields, dostupné finanční zdroje k opětovnému využití a také zapojení brownfields do procesu územního plánování. V praktické části jsou řešeny bývalý průmyslový areál Tesla, bývalý zemědělský areál Grana a bývalý průmyslový objekt Jitex. Brownfields jsou jednotlivě charakterizovány z historického hlediska a současného stavu. U každého brownfieldu je navržen možný způsob revitalizace. Ze tří návrhů je vybrán jeden nejvhodnější k uskutečnění a ten detailněji rozebrán z hlediska finanční náročnosti s možností využití veřejných zdrojů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis focuses on the issues concerning one specific agricultural and two industrial brownfields. The theoretical part defines the concept of a brownfield, its categorization, causes of occurrence, consequences of the existence of brownfields, the revitalization of brownfields, available financial resources for their re-use and also the involvement of brownfields in the process of spatial planning. In the analytical part, the former industrial complex Tesla, the former agricultural complex Grana and the former industrial premises of Jitex are thoroughly discussed. Each brownfield is described from the historical point of view and with respect to its state at the present time. A feasible way of revitalization is proposed for each brownfield. One of these three proposals is then selected as the best one for implementation and is analysed in detail with respect to its financial difficulty and the possibility of using public resources. | eng |
