| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konflikty mezi ochranou přírody a socioekonomickou situací obcí v modelovém území NP Šumava. Toto území je tvořeno celkem šesti obcemi, které mají celé své katastrální území v Národním parku Šumava. Jedná se o obce Prášily, Srní, Modrava, Horská Kvilda, Kvilda a Stožec. Pro řešení tohoto tématu byl zpracován dotazníkový průzkum, byla provedena analýza médií a vyhotovena SWOT analýza odpůrců a zastánců ochrany přírody. Z výsledků bylo zjištěno, že obyvatelé NP Šumava nejsou socioekonomicky znevýhodněni oproti obyvatelům z obcí, které neleží v národním parku. K území je poutají sociální vazby a příroda. Obyvatelé parku mají také dobré znalosti o ochraně přírody a cení si jí. Nejdůležitějšími tématy v analýze médií se stala výstavba na území obcí, legislativní změny a problematika kůrovce. Nadpoloviční většina zdrojů pochází z médií národního významu a zbytek je klasifikován jako regionální. Ze SWOT analýzy vyplývá, že ochránci přírody by se měli více zaměřit na předávání výsledků z odborných studií směrem k široké veřejnosti. Odpůrci ochrany přírody mají na Šumavě podnikatelské zájmy. Na základě výsledků práce byla stanovena opatření umožňující zmírnit konflikty mezi ochranou přírody a socioekonomickým rozvojem obcí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the conflicts between nature conservation and the socioeconomic situation of municipalities in the model territory of Bohemian Forest National Park. This territory is made up of six municipalities that have their entire cadastral territory in the Bohemian Forest National Park. These are the municipalities of Prášily, Srní, Modrava, Horská Kvilda, Kvilda and Stožec. A questionnaire survey was carried out to solve this topic, a media analysis was carried out and a SWOT analysis of the opponents and supporters of nature conservation was made. The results showed that the inhabitants of Bohemian Forest NP are not socio-economically disadvantaged compared to the inhabitants of municipalities that do not belong in the national park. The inhabitants of the area are social and nature-related. Residents of the park also have good knowledge of nature conservation and appreciate it. The most important topics in the media analysis were the construction on the territory of the municipalities, the legislative changes and the issues of the bark beetle. Most of the resources come from media of national importance and the rest are classified as regional. The SWOT analysis shows that nature conservationists should focus more on passing on the results of expert studies towards the public. Opponents of nature conservation have interests in the Bohemian Forest region. Based on the results of the work, measures were put in place to alleviate conflicts between nature conservation and the socio-economic development of municipalities. | eng |
