| dc.description.abstract | Jako studentku germanistiky a rodačku z Nové Bystřice mne zajímalo, jak se česko-rakouské vztahy vyvíjely v minulosti a v současnosti, zda pronikají i do problematiky školství, místních zájmových spolků a jakým způsobem pracuje Městský úřad s okolními obcemi v Rakousku. Nejdříve je v této práci nastíněno historické složení obyvatelstva a jejich vztahy na Novobystřicku, dále historie školství na Novobystřicku, zaměření nynější základní školy v Nové Bystřici a dlouholetá spolupráce s rakouskými školami, která se odehrává od roku 1990. Ze zájmových spolků jsem vybrala Sbor dobrovolných hasičů z Nové Bystřice a Mezinárodní hudební orchestr, který sídlí v Jindřichově Hradci, ale jeho největší propagátor a dirigent je rodákem z Nové Bystřice. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit česko-rakouské vztahy na konkrétních případech v zájmovém území Novobystřicka. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | As a student of German studies and a native of Nová Bystřice, I have always been interested in how Czech-Austrian relations evolved in the past, how they are currently evolving, whether they also intervene into the issues of education and local interest groups and how the Municipality from that area works with neighbouring municipalities in Austria. First, the historical composition of the population and their relations in Novobystřice is outlined in my thesis, then the history of education in the region of Nová Bystřice, and finally the specialization of the current elementary school in Nová Bystřice and long-term cooperation with Austrian schools, which has been taking place since 1990. From the interests groups I the International Music Orchestra, which is based in Jindřichův Hradec, but its greatest promoter and conductor is a native of Nová Bystřice.
