| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku péče o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou nebo jiným typem demence, včetně zátěže rodinných příslušník a možnosti využití domovů se zvláštním režimem. S postupem nárůstu nemocných s Alzheimerovou chorobou je důležité věnovat pozornost vlivu nemoci nejen na postižené touto nemocí, ale i na rodinné příslušníky. Teoretická část se zabývá demencí a Alzheimerovou chorobou jako takovou, rolí příbuzných a pečovatelů a také právními aspekty služeb sociální péče. V praktické části bakalářské práce se věnuji tomu, co rodiny vedlo k rozhodnutí umístit blízkého příbuzného do zařízení, které pečuje o lidi trpící Alzheimerovou chorobou nebo jiným typem demence. Výzkum jsem prováděla s rodinnými příslušníky. Tato část je věnována metodice, organizaci, průběhu a vyhodnocení výzkumu, který probíhal metodou kvalitativního výzkumu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of taking care of clients with Alzhemer´s disease or other type of dementia, including the burden of family members and the possibility of using homes with special regime. With the rise in Alzheimer´s disease it is important to pay attention to the impact of the disease not only on the affected person, but also on family members. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with dementia and Alzheimer´s disease as such, the role of relatives and cares as well as the legal aspects of social care services. In the practical part I deal with chat led families to the decision to place a close relative in a facility that cares for people suffering from Alzheimer´s disease or other type of dementia. The research was done with the help of family members.
