| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá otázkou zařazení chůvy jako pečovatelky o dvouleté dítě do systému předškolního vzdělávání v České republice. Cílem práce je nahlédnout do této problematiky, přiblížit roli chůvy v historii a poukázat na realitu této práce dnes. Teoretická část se věnuje vývojové psychologii dítěte s důrazem na děti batolecího věku, dále na postavení chůvy v historii. Teoretickou část práce uzavírají informace o tom, kdo a za jakých podmínek může zaměstnání chůvy vykonávat. V praktické části práce se na základě analýzy rozhovorů snažím přiblížit povolání chůvy a její postavení v mateřské škole. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the question of the inclusion of nannies as caregivers for two-year-old children in the system of preschool education in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to look into the issue, to explain the role of nannies in history, and to point out the reality of this work today. The theoretical part deals with the developmental psy-chology of the child, with an emphasis on the toddlers and the position of nannies in history. The theoretical part of the thesis concludes with information concerning with whom, and under what conditions nannies can work. In the practical part, on the basis of the analysis of interviews, the thesis tries to explain the profession of nanny and its position in kindergarten. | eng |
