| dc.description.abstract | Klíšťata ve svých slinách obsahují mnoho biologicky aktivních látek, které jim pomáhají úspěšně dokončit sání, jenž je nezbytné pro jejich další vývoj. Klíštěcí sliny obsahují nejen látky proteinového i neproteinového charakteru včetně proteázových inhibitorů. Největší rodinou těchto inhibitorů proteáz jsou serpiny, jež se zapojují do mnoha biologických procesů jako je koagulace krve, fibrinolýza, apoptóza či zánět. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo stanovit expresní profily 10 serpinů z různě nasátých nymf klíštěte Ixodes ricinus pomocí kvantitativní real-time PCR. Pro vybrané geny (IRS 10, IRS 20) byla připravena dsRNA pro silencing daného genu a pomocí RNA interference byla studována úloha těchto genů při sání nymf I. ricinus a přenosu spirochet lymeské boreliózy. | cze |
