| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí a monitorováním infekcí, které souvisí se zdravotní péči v Nemocnici Strakonice, a.s. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat a popsat aktuální situaci v oblasti prevence nozokomiálních nákaz ve spojení s mytím rukou zdravotnických pracovníků v této nemocnici. Znalost zdravotnických pracovníků v oblasti nozokomiálních nákaz, činnost osob provádějících úklid či kvalita hygieny rukou zdravotníků byly mým hlavním zaměřením. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na několik oddělení - hemodialýza, anesteziologicko-resuscitační oddělení, jednotka intenzivní péče a v neposlední řadě gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení.
Bakalářská práce má dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zaznamenány již známé poznatky v oblasti infekcí spojené se zdravotní péčí. Důraz byl kladen na techniku, způsob, kvalitu mytí a dezinfekce rukou, vysvětlení pojmu nozokomiální nákaza, rozdělení, vymezení a šíření nozokomiálních nákaz. Informaci byly získány a použity z domácí i zahraniční literatury. Praktická část se týká především krátkého výzkumu a pozorování v Nemocnici Strakonice, a.s. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit různými metodami kvalitu nemocniční hygieny. Průzkum byl proveden pomocí semikvantitativních a kvalitativních metod. Každá metoda je v práci popsána metodicky a prakticky. The main goal of this thesis was to analyse and describe the current situation in area of prevention of nosocomial infections in connection with the hand hygiene of the medical staff in this hospital. The bachelor thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. The already known knowledge in area of infections connected with the health care is described in the theoretical part. The focus was on the technique, manners, quality of hand hygiene and the hand disinfection, explanation of the term nosocomial infections, classification, definition and spreading of the nosocomial infections. The information was obtained and used from Czech and foreign literature. The practical part refers to the short research and observation in Hospital Strakonice, a.s. The main goal was to find out by means of different methods the quality of hospital hygiene. The research was conducted using semiquantitative and qualitative methods. Each method in the thesis is described methodically and practically. The results were commented on in the discussion. | eng |
