| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je vymezit roli drobného podnikání v tržním hospodářství, analyzovat
inovační aktivity v konkrétní činnosti drobného podnikání v souvislosti s jejich
ekonomickými charakteristikami.
Tato diplomová práce obsahuje informace o významu mikro, malých a středních podniků. Tyto podniky mají limitované zdroje, ale jsou flexibilní a důležité při zavádění inovací. V této diplomové práci se popisuje, co je to inovace, jaké jsou inovační fáze a kdo je inovátor. V praktické části je popsán analyzovaný subjekt - podnikatel, který je zároveň autorem této práce. Podnikatel se věnuje drátenictví a hledá možnosti inovací ve třech oblastech. Tyto tři oblasti jsou: řezání kroužků, roztahování pružinek a protahování drátu. Podnikatel se rozhoduje o zavedení inovací prostřednictvím rozhodovacích matic. Měří úsporu času ve výrobě a oceňuje jí minimální mzdou. Výsledkem je výpočet návratnosti inovace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim is to define the role of a small business in a market economy, to analyse innovative activities in the specific activities of small business in connection with their economic characteristics.
This diploma thesis contains information about the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises. The medium-sized enterprises have limited resources, but they are flexible and essential for introducing innovations. In this diploma thesis is described what an innovation is, which the innovation phases are and who an innovator is. In a practical part is described the analysed subject - the entrepreneur as the same person as the author of this thesis. The entrepreneur does a wire-craft and looking for options to make innovations in three areas. The three areas are: cutting rings, an expansion of the spring and a wire drawing. The entrepreneur decides an introduction of the innovations using decision matrices. Then he measures time savings in production and appreciates by the minimum wage.
