| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pracovní zátěže a odolnosti vůči stresu středoškolských učitelů. Teoretická část se zabývá vlivy, příčinami a následky stresu, duševním zdravím a technikami duševní hygieny. V praktické části je popisováno výzkumné šetření, v jehož rámci byl použit pro sběr dat hloubkový rozhovor s oslovenými učiteli středních škol v jižních Čechách a Horním Rakousku. Výstupem praktické části bylo zjištění, že se pedagogové setkávají ve své profesi s problémy týkajícími se zátěže způsobené obsáhlým vedením administrativy a nezájmem žáků o studium. Učitelé čelí stresu pobytem v přírodě, odpočinkem u knihy, sportem, hudbou a trávením volných chvil s rodinou a přáteli. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on problems of workload and stress resistance of secondary school teachers. The theoretical part deals with the effects, causes and consequences of stress, mental health and mental hygiene techniques. In the practical part, a research survey is described in which an in-depth interview with secondary school teachers in South Bohemia and Upper Austria was used for data collection. The outcome of the practical part was to find out that in their profession teachers face problems related to the burden caused by the extensive management of the administration and the pupils' lack of interest in studying. Teachers face stress by staying in the countryside, relaxing with a book, playing sports, music and spending free time with family and friends. | eng |
