| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá uspořádáním pravidel v mateřské škole, jejich tvorbou a užitím. Zkoumá efektivnost a funkčnost pravidel v konkrétní třídě. Je členěna na dvě části. V první teoretické části je zkoumána výchova v předškolním věku, výchovné styly a modely. Je zmíněna výchova pomocí odměn a trestů a s tím spjatá pozitiva a negativa. Uvádí také pyramidu lidských potřeb, která je v návaznosti s poslední kapitolou. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje pravidlům, nastavením hranic, popisuje prostředky a cíle, konkretizuje důležité podmínky pro dodržování pravidel a jejich interiorizaci. Praktická část se zaměřuje na pravidla v dané mateřské škole, na proces tvorby pravidel. Výzkum se zabývá funkčností pravidel, jejich užíváním, porušováním. Dále i příčinami nedodržení pravidel, hledáním možností pro docílení větší efektivnosti. V závěru práce jsou zrekapitulovány získané informace z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. | cze |
