| dc.description.abstract | Autorka bude ve své bakalářské práci mapovat, zda a jak probíhá příprava dětí z dětských domovů na jejich samostatný život. V teoretické části budou zpracovány základní teoretické poznatky, týkající se významu rodiny pro socializaci a správného vývoje dítěte a konfrontovány se situací, kdy rodina rezignuje na péči o dítě a tuto roli přebírá stát. Bude zde popsána legislativa týkající se náhradní rodinné péče. Praktickou část práce bude tvořit případová studie dětského domova, cílem bude hlouběji prozkoumat a ukázat, jak jsou děti připravovány na samostatný život, a případně porovnat, zda se tyto postupy odlišují od minulosti. V rámci případové studie budou použity jako hlavní metody dotazování a analýza dat. Výběrový soubor budou tvořit děti a zaměstnanci konkrétního dětského domova. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The author in her bachelor's thesis will map whether and how children from children's homes are being prepared for their own lives. In the theoretical section, basic theoretical knowledge about the importance of the family for socializing and the proper development of the child and confronted with a situation where the family resigns from childcare and the state assumes this role, will be processed. Legislation on surrogacy will be also described here. The practical part of the work will be a case study of the children's home, the aim will be to deeply examine and show how children are prepared for independent life and eventually compare whether these practices are differed from the past. The methods of inquiry and data analysis are used for data collection. The facultative sample will consist both children and employees of a specific children´s home. | eng |
