| dc.description.abstract | Autorka se ve své bakalářské práci zaměří na téma integrace ruskojazyčné menšiny v ČR. Na začátku práce se pokusí vysvětlit vymezené pojmy jako například integrace, její vymezení, průběh, mezinárodní migrace a nastíní právní problematiku migrantů. Hlavním cílem práce je snaha o popis přizpůsobení se cizinců k životu v ČR, jejich rozmístění na území ČR, důvody stěhování a druh práce, kterou vykonávají. V neposledni rade se zmíní o zakonné legislativě v Ceske republice pro narodnostni mensiny a cizince, pravni ochranu mensin a vyjmenuje několik neziskovych organizaci zabyvajicich se problemem integrace nebo narodnostnich menšin. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this bechelor´s thesis the autor will focus on the integration of the russian speaking minority in the Czech republic. At the beginning of the thesis she will try to explain definitions such as integration and its course, international migration and outline the legal issues of migrants.
The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the adaptations of foreigners to life in the Czech republic, their deployment in the Czech republic, the type of work they do and reasons for moving.
