| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Pohledem žáků základní školy na asistenta pedagoga. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol. První definuje inkluzivního vzdělávání a jeho podobu na základní škole. Druhá kapitola se zabývá profesí asistenta pedagoga. Nejdříve legislativou upravující jeho práci, a to z pohledu požadované kvalifikace, vykonávání přímé a nepřímé pedagogické činnosti a také platového zařazení. V neposlední řadě vymezením náplně práce asistenta pedagoga a spoluprací mezi učitelem a asistentem pedagoga na základní škole. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký pohled mají žáci základní školy na asistenta pedagoga, jaká je podle nich náplň jeho práce a jaké mají zkušenosti se spoluprací mezi asistentem a učitelem. | cze |

The first is the definition of inclusive education and its form in primary school. The second chapter focus on the profession of teacher's assistant. Firstly, the legislation governing this profession, from the point of view of needed qualifications, performing direct and indirect pedagogical activities and salary classification.
