| dc.description.abstract | Prezentovaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma šikany na školách z trochu jiného pohledu. Cílem je nastínit problém šikany ze strany učitele vůči žákovi. Práce se zabývá kontroverzním tématem šikany učitelem, tedy když učitel šikanuje žáka nebo žáky. V teoretické části jsou popsány a definovány základní pojmy z oblasti tématu, zejména charakteristika šikanování, ponižování a učitelova autoritářská moc. V části praktické věnuji pozornost osobám, které se domnívají a pociťují, že takovou formu šikany prožily, a jak ji vnímají s odstupem času. Cílem celé práce je upozornit na problém, který školství a společnost spíše odmítá, přestože se na školách vyskytuje. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of bullying in schools from a slightly different perspective. The aim is to outline the problem of bullying by the teacher against the pupils. This thesis deals with the controversial topic of bullying by the teacher, i.e. when the teacher is bullying a pupil or pupils. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic concepts of the topic, especially the characteristics of bullying, humiliation and the teacher's authoritarian power. In the practical part, I pay attention to people who believe and feel that they have experienced this form of bullying, and how they feel it over time.
