| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací k učitelské profesi. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, které se pojí s učitelskou profesí. Dále je zde vysvětleno, co je motivace a jaké jsou druhy motivace. Závěr teoretické části je věnován tématu motivace k učitelství. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a zároveň je zde zhodnoceno, jaká je motivace k volbě pedagogické profese u dotazovaných respondentů. Významným zjištěním bylo, že narůstající agresivita žáků má velký negativní vliv na volbu učitelské profese. | cze |
