| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním psychosociálního klimatu tříd běžných základních škol a základních škol s prvky montessori pedagogiky z pohledu učitele. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky týkající se psychosociálního klimatu třídy a poznatky o pedagogice dle Marie Montessori.
Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, během kterého bylo využito polostruktorovaných rozhovorů s respondentkami působícími na běžných základních školách i respondentkami ze základních škol s prvky montessori pedagogiky. Jejím cílem bylo získat informace o procesu tvorby psychosociálního klimatu na obou těchto typech základních škol.
Jako významné se ukázaly rozdíly mezi oběma skupinami respondentek v oblasti determinantů tvorby psychosociálního klimatu, překážek v tvorbě psychosociálního klimatu, výchovném stylu učitelů a využití projektového vyučování. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the psychosocial climate of classes of ordinary elementary schools and elementary schools with the elements of Montessori pedagogy from the teacher perspective. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge concerning the psychosocial climate of the class and the knowledge of pedagogy according to Marie Montessori.
The practical part consists of qualitative research, semi-structured interviews with respondents working in ordinary elementary schools and respondents from elementary schools with elements of Montessori pedagogy were used. Its aim was to obtain information on the process of creating a psychosocial climate in both these types of primary schools.
The differences between the two groups of respondents in the area of determinants of the creation of psychosocial climate, obstacles in the creation of psychosocial climate, the educational style of teachers and the use of project teaching proved to be significant. | eng |
