| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem práce bylo srozumitelné přiblížení složité a náročné cesty v rozvoji energetiky a elektrárenství v Českých zemích od konce 19. století až po současnost. Úvod práce všeobecně nastiňuje záměr stručně vyjmout klíčové momenty, které naši energetiku ovlivnily. Další části popisují nejprve historická jednotlivá období, v nichž se elektrárny budovaly na základě určitých podmínek. Poté se podrobněji věnuji současným nejvíce využívaným typům elektráren v České republice s větším důrazem na jednu z moderních technologií Jaderné elektrárny Temelín. Poslední větší kapitola je úvahou nad možným vývojem energetiky do budoucna. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of the work was to understand the complex and demanding path in the development of energy and power engineering in the Czech lands from the end of the 19th century to the present. The introduction generally outlines the intention to briefly exclude the key moments that affected our energy. The next sections first describe the historical individual periods in which the power plants were built on the basis of certain conditions. Then I deal in detail with the most frequently used types of power plants in the Czech Republic with more emphasis on one of the modern technologies of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant.
