| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou sociální práce streetwork v rámci terénního programu Streetwork Český Krumlov a hodnocením poskytovaných služeb a samotných terénních sociálních pracovníků očima klientů. V teoretické části obecně přibližuji východiska této metody, osobu terénního sociálního pracovníka a dále fungování terénního programu Streetwork Český Krumlov. Výzkumná část je realizována pomocí rozhovorů s klienty terénního programu. Tyto rozhovory představují názory klientů k poskytovaným službám a terénním sociálním pracovníkům a mohly by sloužit jako nástroj pro zkvalitnění služeb. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor dissertation is focused on the method of social work - field social work - and on the evaluation of the provided services and field social workers from the clients' point of view in terms of the field program Streetwork Cesky Krumlov. The theoretical part of my dissertation explains the general method bases, the personality of the field social worker followed by the description of the field program Streetwork. The research part of this dissertation presents and is based on the interpretation of the interviews with clients of the field program. In these interviews - opinions on the provided services and field social workers were given by the clients. Their answers can be important tool for potential improvements of the services in the future. | eng |
