| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřila na popis sociální politiky, její principy a nástroje, historii sociálního zabezpečení s návazností na současný stav. Popisuji zákon č. 155/1995 Sb o důchodovém pojištění včetně jednotlivých dávek, které plynou z důchodového pojištění. Vymezuji základní pojmy, které jsou klíčové pro vznik důchodu a jeho výši společně i s ostatními typy důchodů. Dále seznamuji s podmínky nároku na předčasný důchod, jeho výši a výpočtu. Závěrem objasňuji možnost čerpání tzv. předdůchodu a zmiňuji se o penzijním připojištění a jeho výši státního příspěvku.
Hlavním cílem analytické části je zjistit příčiny odchodu zaměstnanců do předčasného důchodu a dopad a sociální pojištění. Byly stanoveny dvě hypotézy. Pro zpracování praktické části byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum zkoumaný na základě dotazníkové šetření. Výzkum definoval názory klientů a jejich důvody odchodu do předčasného starobního důchodu. Výběr respondentů tvořili poživatelé starobního důchodu, kteří využili možnosti odejít do starobního důchodu předčasně a zároveň, současní žadatelé kteří o předčasný důchod žádali. Byl vytvořen vlastní dotazník s jednoduchými a srozumitelnými 14 otázkami. Výsledky výzkumu jsem zpracovala na základě vyplněných dotazníků od 113 respondentů.
Výsledky bakalářské práce poskytují náhled na současné důvody pro odchod do předčasného důchodu a mohou poukázat na možnost podpory a motivaci k lepším podmínkám v zaměstnávání lidí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The sole focus of my bachelor thesis is on the causes of early retirement and their impact on the social insurance system.
The theoretical part of the work focused on the description of social policy, its principles and tools, the history of social security in relation to the current state. I describe the Pension Insurance Act No. 155/1995 Coll., including individual benefits, which result from the pension insurance. I define the basic concepts that are pivotal for the entitlement to a pension and their amount together with other types of pensions. I also get acquainted with the conditions of entitlement to early retirement, its amount and calculation. In conclusion, I clarify the possible disbursement of the so-called pre-pension and I mention the supplementary pension insurance and its amount of state contribution.
The main goal of the practical part is to validate the reason for the employees' early retirement and what effect it has on social insurance. Two hypotheses were established. For the practical part, a quantitative research was chosen, examined on the basis of a questionnaire survey, which defined the opinions of clients and their reasons for early retirement. The selection of respondents consisted of old-age pension recipients who took the opportunity to retire early and current applicants for early retirement. A custom questionnaire with simple and easy-to-understand 14 questions was created. I processed the research results based on the completed questionnaires from 113 respondents.
The results of the bachelor thesis provide an insight into the current reasons for early retirement and may point to the possibilities of support and motivation for better employment conditions. | eng |
