| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce, která je tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí, bylo zmapovat vybrané problémy českého zdravotnictví z pohledu sester.
V teoretické části se zabýváme ošetřovatelství, komunikací, způsoby chování, bezpečným pracovním prostředím pro Všeobecné sestry, syndromem vyhořením, týmovou spoluprací, image sester a vzděláním sester.
V empirické části bakalářské práce byla zvolena metoda kvantitativního výzkumu. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníků, jak v papírové, tak v online verzi. Dotazník obsahoval 35 otázek, které byly otevřené, polootevřené a uzavřené. Tento dotazník byl zcela anonymní a byl určen pro sestry pracující ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Výzkum tvoří 593 respondentů. Po zpracování výzkumného šetření jsme stanovili tři základní hypotézy.
Na základě stanovených dat byly hypotézy vyhodnoceny takto:
H1: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi vybranými problémy českého zdravotnictví a délkou praxe sester. H1: nebyla potvrzena.
H2: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi vybranými problémy českého zdravotnictví a vzděláním sester. H2: nebyla potvrzena.
H3: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi vybranými problémy českého zdravotnictví a typem oddělení, na kterém sestry pracují. H3: nebyla potvrzena.
Výsledky výzkumného šetření konstatují, že se dané problémy, které uvedly sestry se neliší, v závislosti na délce praxe, vzdělání a ani typu oddělení, na kterém sestry pracují.
Přínosem práce je zveřejnění výsledků a názor sester na vybrané problémy českého zdravotnictví. Tato bakalářská práce by mohla být využita jako studijní materiál pro sestry v praxi, ale i studenty při získávání vzdělání. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the bachelor's thesis, which consists of a theoretical and empirical part, was to map selected problems of Czech healthcare from the perspective of nurses.
In the theoretical part we deal with nursing, communication, behavior, safe working environment for general nurses, burn-out syndrome, teamwork, the image of nurses and the education of nurses.
In the empirical part of the bachelor thesis, the method of quantitative research was chosen. Data collection was made by questionnaires, both in paper and online versions. The questionnaire contained 35 questions that were open, semi-open and closed. This questionnaire was completely anonymous and was intended for nurses working in a medical facility. The research consists of 593 respondents. After processing the research, we set three basic hypotheses.
Based on the established data, the hypotheses were evaluated as follows:
H1: There is a statistically significant relationship between selected problems of Czech healthcare system and the length of practice of nurses. H1: not confirmed.
H2: There is a statistically significant relationship between selected problems of Czech healthcare system and the education of nurses. H2: Not confirmed.
H3: There is a statistically significant relationship between selected problems of Czech healthcare system and the type of department where the nurses work. H3: Not confirmed.
The results of the research survey state that the given problems mentioned by the nurses do not differ, depending on the length of practice, education or the type of department where the nurses work.
The contribution of the work is the publication of the results and the opinion of he nurses on selected problems of Czech healthcare system. This bachelor thesis could be used as a study material for nurses in practice, but also students in obtaining education. | eng |
