| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán na téma "Výstavba a provoz penzionu", který je dopodrobna zpracovaný a životaschopný. Součástí práce je také literární rešerše, která předkládá teoretické znalosti z vybrané oblasti.
V literární rešerši autor čtenáře seznamuje se základními pojmy v podnikání a agroturistice. Dále pak s podnikatelským plánem a jeho jednotlivými částmi. Informace v této části vznikly studiem odborné literatury a její implementací. Se získanými teoretickými poznatky je nadále pracováno v praktické části diplomové práce.
V praktické části je zpracovaný kompletní podnikatelský plán podniku Agropenzion Zlatý Dvůr s.r.o. Samotný podnikatelský plán následně tvoří titulní strana, kde jsou zobrazené základní informace o podniku. Následně pak obsah, exekutivní souhrn, popis podnikatelské příležitosti, cíle firmy a vlastníků, marketingový plán, operační plán, personální zdroje, finanční plán, analýza jednotlivých rizik a jejich management, analýza prostředí s vybranými analýzami. | cze |
