| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá vývojovými trendy demokratických systémů v postkomunistických zemích, konkrétně v České republice a Polsku. Zkoumá, jak v popisovaných zemích k nastolení demokratických systémů došlo a jaký byl přechod k demokracii. Popisuje klíčové události, které vedly k pádu komunistických režimů v popisovaných zemích. Důraz je kladen na opoziční síly. Snaží se následně popsat vývojové trendy demokratických systémů v devadesátých letech a to zejména z pohledu stranického systému a parlamentních voleb. Práce se věnuje politickým stranám a politickému vývoji po jednotlivých parlamentních volbách. Práce mapuje také aktuální politickou situaci v Česku a Polsku. Práce se snaží odpovědět na otázku, jak se vyvíjely z demokratického hlediska oba státy a klíčovým bodem je také komparace obou států. | cze |

Then it tries to describe the development trends of democratic systems in the 1990s, especially from the point of view of the party system and parliamentary elections. The thesis deals with political parties and political developments after individual parliamentary elections. The work also surveys the current political situation in the Czech Republic and Poland.
