| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce analyzuje mediální obraz Edvarda Beneše v českých médiích mezi lety 1996-2019. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pohledem historiků Antoina Mar?se, Zbyňka Zemana a Jindřicha Dejmka a novinářky Sidonie Dědinové na postavu Edvarda Beneše. Další kapitola teoretické části se zabývá nejvýznamnějšími místy paměti spjaté s Benešem a kontroverzemi, které jsou s těmito místy paměti spojené. Poslední kapitola je věnována Společnosti Edvarda Beneše a Ceně Edvarda Beneše, kterou Společnost částečně zaštiťuje. Empirická část se věnuje analýze článků vydávaných mezi lety 1996-2019. Konkrétněji, se empirická část zaměřuje na proměnu četnosti vydávání článků v tomto období v konkrétních médiích. Stěžejní část práce tvoří analýza pohledu článků na Beneše v kontextu nejdůležitějších historických událostí, jichž byl Beneš součástí, a také analýza pohledu na Benešovu osobnost. Poslední kapitola empirické části se týká recenzí knih a životopisů o Benešovi. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis analyzes the media image of Edvard Beneš in the Czech media between 1996-2019. The theoretical part of thesis deals with the view of historians Antoin Mar?s, Zbyněk Zeman and Jindřich Dejmek and the view of journalist Sidonie Dědinová to the figure of Edvard Beneš. The next chapter of the theoretical part deals with the most important places of memory associated with Beneš and the controversies that are associated with these places of memory. The last chapter is devoted to the Edvard Beneš Society and the Edvard Beneš Prize, which the Society partially sponsors. The empirical part deals with the analysis of articles published between 1996-2019. More specifically, the empirical part focuses on the changes in the frequency of publishing articles in this period in specific media. The main part of the work consists of an analysis of the view of articles on Beneš in the context of the most important historical events of which Beneš was a part, as well as an analysis of the view of Beneš's personality.
