| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesním uplatněním sociálního pedagoga ve středisku výchovné péče. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jak vnímají členové multidisciplinárního týmu střediska výchovné péče profesi sociálního pedagoga. Dalším cílem je práce zjistit, jak pracovníci multidisciplinárního týmu pohlíží na možnost zapojit do střediska výchovné péče sociálního pedagoga. Teoretická část se zabývá sociální pedagogikou, možnostmi studia tohoto oboru. Dále sociálním pedagogem, jeho kompetencemi a možnostmi jeho uplatnění. Další kapitolou teoretické části je potom věnována samotnému středisku výchovné péče a jeho multidisciplinárnímu týmu. Praktická část práce je pak věnována výzkumnému šetření. Je zde popsána metodika výzkumu, výzkumný soubor a důvod jeho výběru. V dalších kapitolách je popsán průběh výzkumu a výsledky a vyhodnocení odpovědí jednotlivých komunikačních partnerů. | cze |
