| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vliv potřeb socializace a seberealizace na pracovníky v sociální oblasti v Jihočeském kraji. Objasňuje základní vlivy socializační a seberealizační a zjišťuje míru konfliktu mezi nimi. Definuje základní pojmy z oblasti socializace a seberealizace, dále pojmy sociální práce a pracovník v sociální oblasti. Okrajově se práce zabývá i vnímáním etických problémů, psychologickými podmínkami na pracovišti, motivací k práci, ohrožením syndromem vyhoření, sebereflexí a supervizí jako okolnostmi, jež mohou mít vliv na konflikt mezi potřebami socializace a seberealizace. | cze |
