| dc.description.abstract | Mimořádná událost není každodenní záležitostí pro pracovníka přednemocniční neodkladné péče ani pro pracovníka nemocniční neodkladné péče. Avšak v případě jejího vzniku je od personálu přednemocniční neodkladné péče a nemocniční neodkladné péče vyžadováno maximální nasazení a odhodlání při pomoci poraněným pacientům.
V diplomové práci jsme se pokoušeli zjistit teoretické znalosti vybraných participantů z řad nelékařských pracovníků ve zdravotnictví. Cíle diplomové práce jsme určili následně: Vyhodnotit úroveň teoretických znalostí při řešení mimořádné události
s hromadným postižením osob, vyhodnotit osobní zkušenosti s řešením mimořádné události s hromadným postižením zdraví a vyhodnotit vzdělávání a přípravu nelékařského zdravotnického personálu lůžkové části RES ve vybraných nemocnicích Jihočeského kraje na řešení mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením zdraví. Ke zjištění těchto cílů jsme použili tři výzkumné otázky: Jaké jsou znalosti nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v problematice řešení mimořádné události s hromadným postižením zdraví? Jak nelékařský zdravotnický personál hodnotí mimořádné události s hromadným postižením zdraví, u kterých byl přítomni? Jaký je postoj nelékařského zdravotnického personálu lůžkové části RES ve vybraných nemocnicích Jihočeského kraje k přípravě
a vzdělávání v oblasti řešení mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením zdraví?
Výzkumné šetření proběhlo za využití kvalitativní metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumné šetření jsme zaměřili na problematiku mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením osob, třídění pacientů a návaznost mezi péčí přednemocniční neodkladnou a neodkladnou nemocniční.
Z analyzovaných rozhovorů vyplynulo, že každý dotazovaný byl schopen uvést způsob řešení problémů souvisejících s příjmem pacientů do nemocničního zařízení. Dále
jsme z rozhovorů zjistili, že nastává velký problém v případě čtení třídících
a identifikačních karet pacientů z místa mimořádné události. Školení a praktický nácvik této problematiky by byl na místě u všech participantů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | An unexpected incident is not everyday issue for a Pre-hospital emergency care nether hospital emergency care operative. However in the case of its occurrence and need of solving a high number of patients it is necessary to be at least basically informed about this matter. It is important to realize that the pre-hospital emergency care, which is given to the patient at the place of accident is as important as the care given to the patient later in the hospital.
In the present diploma thesis we tried to find out the theoretical knowledge of selected participants from the ranks of non-medical workers in health care. To this end, we created three goals: to evaluate the level of theoretical knowledge in dealing with emergencies with mass disabilities, evaluate the personal experience with active emergencies
with mass disabilities and to evaluate the education and training of non-medical medical staff in the inpatient part of RES in selected hospitals in the South Bohemian region
to deal with emergencies with mass disabilities. We used three research questions
to determine these goals: What is the knowledge of non-medical staff of the inpatient part of in solving the problem of emergencies with a massive disability? How did the non-medical medical staff of the inpatient part have an extraordinary value event with
a collective disability in which it was present? What is the attitude of non-medical medical staff of the inpatient part of RES in selected hospitals in the South Bohemian Region
to the preparation and education in the field of dealing with emergencies with mass disabilities?
The research was conducted using a qualitative method of semi-structured interview.
In these interviews, we focused on the issue of emergencies with mass disabilities,
the classification of patients and the link between pre-hospital emergency and emergency hospital care.
From the analysis we found out that each respondent was able to give a solution
of accepting patients at a hospital. From the interviews we also discovered that a great problem was reading sorting and identity cards of patients who come from the place
of incident. A great part of participants had no knowledge about these generally.
So exercising and education would be convenient for all participants. | eng |
