| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraném
podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje motivačním systémům, teoriím a definuje
motivaci. V praktické části je kladen důraz na zhodnocení podniku, jeho systému
odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření bude
zhodnocena spokojenost a znalost zaměstnanců těchto systémů a moţností
odměňování. Cílem práce pak bude vypracovat návrh na zlepšení motivačního
