| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současného stavu řízení ve zvolené společnosti. V první části práce jsou shrnuty odborné poznatky dané problematiky. Tato teoretická část je doplněna o současné trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Druhá část obsahuje vlastní průzkum na vybrané pracovní skupině zaměstnanců a shrnutí získaných informací o systému řízení lidských zdrojů ve zvolené společnosti. | cze |
