| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce je reálný záměr nástavby, přístavby a stavebních úprav hasičské zbrojnice v Borovanech. Literární část práce je zaměřena na čtyři témata. Nejprve je to proces schvalování staveb a obsah potřebné dokumentace dle platné české legislativy. Dále je popsána posloupnost nutných prací, která předchází rekon-strukcím staveb. Třetím tématem jsou rostoucí požadavky na požární zbrojnice z hlediska vývoje požární techniky. Posledním tématem jsou dotační tituly, které lze v oblasti požární ochrany čerpat. V kapitole výsledků je analyzován současný stav objektů, podrobně popsáno navrhované řešení a posouzen vhodný dotační titul pro uvažovaný záměr. Zaznamenání současného stavu bylo provedeno také fotodoku-mentací, která je přílohou práce. Hlavním výstupem kvalifikační práce je zpracování textové i výkresové části dokumentace pro udělení územního rozhodnutí dle platné vyhlášky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of the diploma thesis is a real project idea of extensions and building modi-fications of the firehouse in Borovany. The literary analysis of the thesis is focused on four topics. First is the process of granting a building permit and the content of necessary documentation given by the valid czech legislation. Furthermore, the sequence of necessary works, which precedes the renovation of buildings, is described. The third topic considers the growth of requirements for firehouses layout in terms of the development of fire equipment. The last topic is the funding of the field of fire protection. In the results, the current state of the objects is analyzed, the proposed solution is described in detail and a suitable funding for the considered plan is proposed. Current state of buildings was also captured by photo documentation, which is in the appendix part. The key output of the thesis is the textual and drawing part of the documentation for building placing permit given by valid legislation. | eng |
