| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací romských žáků v českém školství a problémy, jež se s ní pojí. Teoretická část je stručně zaměřena na historii romského etnika, vztahy romské minority v zemích Evropy, zvláštní pozornost je pak zaměřena na integraci této národnostní menšiny v Československu, následně v České republice. Dále práce mapuje výchovu a vzdělávání romských žáku spolu s bariérami s ní souvisejícími. Praktická část je zaměřena na osobní zkušenosti romských občanů s českým školstvím; osobní zkušenosti pedagogů s romskými žáky. Výzkum je veden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, jež nám dále reflektují výsledky, v nichž je nejčastěji zmiňován problém šikany romských žáků ze stran studentů či pedagogů, dále jejich vyčleňování z kolektivu či výuky a následné problémy, které z těchto situací pramení a odrážejí se v jejich chování. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the integration of Roma pupils into the Czech education system and the issues stemming from it. The theoretical section briefly examines the history of the Romani people and the relations of the Roma minority in European countries. Special attention is given to the integration of this minority group in Czechoslovakia and subsequently in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the thesis explores the upbringing and education of Romani pupils as well as the barriers associated with these topics. The practical section is focused on the personal experiences of Romani citizens with the Czech education system and experiences of teachers with Romani pupils. The research design utilises semi-structured interviews to uncover the issues and barriers connected to the integration of Romani pupils. The most frequently mentioned problem is the bullying of Romani pupils by students or teachers, along with exclusion from class or teaching, and the consequent problems that arise from such situations that reflect in their behaviour. | eng |
