| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Respitní péče o osoby s poruchami autistického spektra. Cílem práce je poukázat na důležitost těchto služeb, přiblížit náplň, postupy a principy, které se používají, aby byl respitní pobyt pro klienty s těmito poruchami akceptovatelný. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou, současným pojetím a terminologií poruch autistického spektra. Následně etiologií a triádou problémových oblastí a další symptomatikou PAS. Není opomenuta ani diagnostika a klasifikace těchto poruch. Věnuje se také rodinám s dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra, zákonu o sociálních službách, respitní péči a obsahuje obecné informace o organizaci APLA Jižní Čechy, z.ú., kde probíhalo výzkumné šetření pro praktickou část. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je poukázat na důležitost a podstatu respitní péče se zaměřením na náplň, využívanost a dostupnost odlehčovacích služeb pro jedince s PAS. Pro naplnění cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum. Pro sběr dat byly vytvořeny čtyři varianty polostrukturovaných rozhovorů - pro klienty s PAS, rodiče klientů, osobní asistenty respitní služby a vedoucího služeb organizace APLA Jižní Čechy, z.ú. Součástí sběru dat bylo přímé zúčastněné pozorování při pobytech konaných v prostorách Dětské psychiatrické nemocnice v Opařanech. Z výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že respitní péče pro osoby s poruchami autistického spektra je velice důležitá, podstatná a přínosná, avšak není příliš rozšířena. Funkčnost respitních pobytů je postavena na individuálním, rovnocenném a empatickém přístupu, komunikaci a spolupráci mezi všemi zúčastněnými. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of respite care for people with disorders within the autism spectrum. The aim of this work is to emphasize the importance of this service, to raw near the content, the process, and the principles used to make the respite stay acceptable for clients with these diseases. This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theory deals with characteristics, current approach, and terminology of autism spectrum disorders. Furthermore, it includes the etiology and triad of problematic areas as well as other symptomatic of ASD. It touches upon the diagnostics and classification of these diseases. It also deals with the families of children suffering from an autism spectrum disorder, the social services law, respite care and it includes general information about the organization of APLA Jižní Čechy, z.ú., where I conducted the survey research for the practical part of this work. The aim of the practical part of this bachelor thesis is to point out the importance and the principle of respite care targeting its contents, use, and the availability of lightning services for individuals with ASD. In order to achieve the goal, I chose qualitative research. To collect data, I created four versions of semistructured interviews - for clients with ASD, parents of the clients, personal assistants of respite care, and the service manager of APLA Jižní Čechy, z.ú. A part of the data collection was direct and involved observation during stays conducted on the premises of a Psychiatric hospital in Opařany. The survey research arises that respite care for people with autism spectrum disorder is very important, significant, and beneficial, nonetheless, it is not very widespread. The functionality of respite stays is built on an individual, equal, and empathic approach, communication, and cooperation among all participants. | eng |
