| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na učitelku mateřské školy očima dětí. Teoretická část se člení do čtyř hlavních kapitol, kde je pozornost věnována osobnosti předškolního pedagoga. Zahrnuje temperamentové typologie či dovednosti spojené s vykonáváním profese učitelky, dále vývojové etapy dospělosti či výchovné působení učitelů. Práce obsahuje téma partnerské, efektivní komunikace a její techniky. Praktická část tvoří výsledky rozhovorů vedené s dětmi v posledním roce před nástupem do základní školy. Rozhovory jsou doplněny kresbou dětí. Na základní škole je podle dětí oproti mateřské škole paní učitelka přísnější, omezuje jejich volnost. Důraz na dodržování pravidel je připisován i učitelkám v mateřské škole, avšak ne v takové míře. Z výsledků dále vyplývá, že si děti představují mít paní učitelku především hodnou, veselou, co jim dokáže
pomoci. Děti dále uvádí, že by měla mít určité výtvarné, sportovní a hudební dovednosti. | cze |
