| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaký je postoj pedagogické veřejnosti k respektující komunikaci a ověřit, zda je v mateřských školách užívána. V teoretické části je popsána výchova, její cíle a styly. Dále je text zaměřen na komunikaci a to konkrétně na komunikaci respektující. Jsou zde definovány její přínosy i rizika používání v mateřské škole. Zmíněny jsou neefektivní způsoby komunikace a také problematika odměn a trestů ve výchově. V praktické části zjišťuji, jaké způsoby komunikace s dětmi jsou dle pedagogů mateřských škol efektivní a účinné a jakým způsobem se budoucí pedagogové setkávají s efektivní komunikací v době studia. Způsob komunikace zjišťuji u studentů středních pedagogických škol i škol vysokých, zejména pak u studentů PF JČU, kde se respektující komunikace vyučuje. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what is the attitude of the pedagogical public to respectful communication and to verify whether it is used in kindergartens. The theoretical part describes education, its goals and styles. Furthermore, the text is focused on communication, specifically on respectful communication. Its benefits and risks of use in kindergarten are defined here. Inefficient ways of communication are mentioned, as well as the issue of rewards and punishments in education. In the practical part, I find out which ways of communication with children are effective and efficient according to kindergarten teachers and how future teachers encounter effective communication during their studies. I find out the method of communication among students of secondary pedagogical schools and universities, especially among students of the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia, where respectful communication is taught. | eng |
