| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit míru poskytovaného zázemí a citové péče dětem v dětském domově. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část práce popisuje úlohu vychovatele a požadavky na nutnost empatie a aktivního naslouchání. Následně empirická část na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů popisuje skutečný stav a míru komunikace. Jádrem je tedy vhled do každodenní práce vychovatele. Z empirické části vyplývá fakt, že i přes narůstající administrativní zátěž a další činnosti je míra vstřícnosti, empatie a aktivního naslouchání nedotknutelná. Čas věnovaný dětem není na úkor dalších činností a péče je limitována jen časovými možnostmi v rámci dne. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the degree of background and emotional careprovided to children in a children's home. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the role of the educator and the requirements for the necessity of empathy and active listening. Subsequently, the practical part on the basis of semi-structured interviews describes the real state and degree of communication. The core is therefore an insight into the daily work of the educator. From the empirical part, the fact arises that despite the increasing administrative burden and other activities, the level of helpfulness, empathy and active listening is inviolable. The time devoted to children is not at the expense of other activities and the care is limited only by the time possibilities within the day. | eng |
