| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá Interkulturními vztahy a jejich pohledy na výchovu dětí. Teoretická část definuje pojmy kultura, interkulturní partnerství a rodinu a výchovu. Ke zpracování bakalářské práce byl využit kvalitativní typ výzkumu. Pro kvalitativní výzkumné šetření byla použita metoda dotazování, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl nadále zpracován do případových studií neboli kazuistik. Výzkumný soubor tvořily čtyři interkulturní rodiny, které spolu žijí ve vzájemném partnerství alespoň jeden rok a vychovávají spolu alespoň jedno dítě. Na základě výsledků bylo zjištěno, že se v rodinách vyskytují rozdílné pohledy na výchovu dětí, dále bylo zjištěno, že nejčastějším úskalím interkulturního vztahu je jazyková bariéra. Jako pozitiva byla nejvíce označováno bilingvnost u dětí, vzájemné obohacení kultury druhého partnera a vzájemná komunikace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis deals with intercultural relationships and their perspectives on child rearing. The theoretical part defines the concepts of culture, intercultural partnership and family and upbringing. A qualitative type of research was used to process the bachelor's thesis. A method of questioning, a semi-structured interview technique that continued to be processed into case studies, or case reports, was used for the qualitative research investigation. The research set consisted of four intercultural families living together in partnership for at least one year and raising at least one child together. Based on the results, it was found that there are different perspectives on child-rearing in families, and it was also found that the most common challenge stemming from the intercultural relationship is the language barrier. Bilingualism in children, mutual enrichment of the culture of the other partner and mutual communication were the most identified positives. | eng |
