| dc.description.abstract | Disertační práce je tematicky zaměřena na pastoraci mládeže v českých a moravských diecézích. Cílem práce je přispět k reflexi pastorace mládeže v České republice, a to pomocí hlubší sondy do koncepce i praxe diecézních center života mládeže (DCŽM). Teologickým východiskem pro zpracování tohoto tématu jsou závazné dokumenty Německé biskupské konference (DBK), Italské biskupské konference (CEI) a Latinskoamerické biskupské konference (CELAM), které otevírají cestu k pokoncilnímu pojetí pastorace mládeže, které formulovali významní pastorální teologové jako Martin Lechner nebo Riccardo Tonelli. Zásady české pastorace mládeže jsou pak srovnány s výše uvedenými zahraničními dokumenty. Dále se pracuje také s ybranými výsledky výzkumných šetření provedených v prostředí aktivní katolické mládeže. Výsledkem je kritická analýza projektu diecézních center života mládeže a návrh jejich nové koncepce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The dissertation is thematically focused on the pastoral care of youth in the Czech and Moravian dioceses. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to the reflection on youth pastoral care in the Czech Republic by means of a deeper probe into the concept and practice of diocesan youth life centres. The theological basis for the elaboration of this topic are the binding documents of the German Bishops' Conference (DBK), the Italian Bishops' Conference (CEI) and the Latin American Bishops' Conference (CELAM), which open the way to the post-conciliar concept of youth pastoral, formulated by prominent pastoral theologians such as Martin Lechner or Riccardo Tonelli. The principles of Czech youth pastoral are then compared with the above-mentioned foreign documents. In addition, selected results of research investigations carried out in the environment of active Catholic youth are presented. The result is a critical analysis of the project of diocesan youth life centres and a proposal for their new concept. | eng |
