| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami hodnot vegetačních indexů a povrchových teplot dříve nezastavěných okrajových ploch města České Budějovice a jeho blízkého okolí, které byly zastavěny po roce 1990. Do diplomové práce byly jako studované plochy vybrány plochy, které byly před rokem 1990 nezastavěné a rozprostíraly se na nich buďto trvalé travní porosty, či orná půda se zemědělskými plodinami. Tyto plochy jsou rozděleny do 4 typů - průmyslové plochy, obslužné plochy, rezidenční plochy vícebytových domů a rezidenční plochy solitérních rodinných domů. V práci jsou použity satelitní snímky Landsat za roky 1990, 1993, 1999, 2006, 2010, 2015 a 2020. Studované plochy byly zkoumány v době před výstavbou, těsně po výstavbě a s odstupem po výstavbě. V období před transformací (rok 1990) byly na většině studovaných ploch vysoké hodnoty vegetačních indexů NDVI (Normalized DifferenceVegetation Index), SAVI (Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index) a NDMI (Normalized Difference Moisture Index) a nízké hodnoty povrchových teplot. Při výstavbě však vegetace ubývala a tím docházelo ke snižování hodnot vegetačních indexů a k navýšení povrchových teplot. Následné zlepšení bylo pozorováno na plochách s vícebytovými a rodinnými domy, kde se po určité době rozrostla vegetace parčíků a přídomních zahrad. V okolí průmyslové plochy a obslužných ploch, kde se vegetace nerozrůstala, zůstávaly hodnoty sledovaných indexů nízké. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with changes in vegetation indices and surface temperatures of previously undeveloped peripheral areas of České Budějovice and its immediate surroundings, which were built up after 1990. Areas that were undeveloped before 1990 and spread over either permanent grassland or arable land with agricultural crops. These areas are divided into four types - industrial areas, service areas, residential areas of multiapartment houses and residential areas of solitary family houses. The work uses Landsat satellite images for the years 1990, 1993, 1999, 2006, 2010, 2015 and 2020. The studied areas were examined in the period before construction, just after construction and with a distance after construction. In the period before the transformation (1990), there were high values of vegetation indices NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), SAVI (Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index) a NDMI (Normalized Difference Moisture Index) and low values of surface temperatures in most of the studied areas. However, during the construction, the vegetation decreased and thus the values of vegetation indices decreased and the surface temperatures increased. Subsequent improvements were observed in areas with multi-apartment and family houses, where the vegetation of parks and residential gardens grew after a certain time. In the vicinity of the industrial area and service areas, where vegetation did not grow, the values of the monitored indices remained low. | eng |
